Download and install the ResoluteCall desktop application on your Windows system.
Windows 10 / 11 · 64-bit
Step 1. Run the Resolutecall Setup 1.0.1.exe file — the installation window will open.
Step 2. Windows may show a “Windows protected your PC” SmartScreen notice because the app is new and not yet recognised by a known publisher. This is normal and safe — click More info.
Step 3. The notice expands to show the app name (Resolutecall Setup…). Click Run anyway to continue the installation.
Step 4. Choose who the app should be installed for. Only for me installs without needing admin rights; Anyone who uses this computer installs for all users but requires admin access. Then click Next.
Step 5. Choose the installation folder or use the default location, then click Install.
Default (per-user): C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Local\Programs\Resolutecall
Step 6. Once the installation is complete, leave Run Resolutecall checked and click Finish to close the setup wizard and launch the app.
