How to Install the ResoluteCall Windows Desktop App

Follow these steps to successfully install and run the ResoluteCall desktop application on your Windows system:

Step 1: Download the App

• Extract the downloaded zip file.
• Inside the extracted folder, you will find the ResoluteCall installer (.exe file) and the bin folder.
• Install/Run the ResoluteCall installer (.exe file).

Step 2: Install the Application

• Run the .exe file and complete the installation process.
• Once installed, the app will be located in:
  C:\Program Files\ResoluteCall\

Step 3: Fix Missing DLL Issue (Temporary Step)

If you encounter a ".dll missing" error after launching the app:

• Inside the extracted folder, you will find the bin folder.
• Open the extracted bin folder.
• Do not copy the entire bin folder. Instead:
  • Open the folder.
  • Select all files inside (Ctrl + A).
  • Copy them and paste them into:
    C:\Program Files\ResoluteCall\bin\
  • If prompted, allow file overwrites and grant necessary permissions.

Step 4: Launch the App

• Open the ResoluteCall application.
• When prompted, select your network settings as per your setup.
